Shopping List:
1 cup converted white rice
2 1/3 cups water
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 red bell pepper, cut in 1/2 inch pieces
1 green bell pepper, cut in 1/2 inch pieces
15 ounce can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 medium tomato, diced
1 avocado, diced
2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion
1/2 cup taco sauce
1/2 cup finely shredded Cheddar Jack cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
